IN-HOUSE EMBROIDERY
Our recently opened in-house embroidery department offers a wide range of facilities. Our custom embroidered garments can suit all your embroidery to create a unique image for your company, business, school, club or other organisation. Our extensive library of designs can be used alongside your own lettering to give that personal touch. Our Tajima dg/ml digitising system can produce designs from your letterhead, compliment slip or business card to produce unique embroidery.
EMBROIDERY MACHINES
Our 10 head Tajima TMEF 610 embroidery machine is capable of embroidering six colour designs within a field area of 400 x 750 mm. Our Tajima TME 612 machine has a field area of 300 x 375 and is mainly used for our school logo embroidery prior to manufacture.The machines have a combined capacity of 22 heads and 6 colours.
EMBROIDERY COSTS
The costs involved in embroidering garments are approximately as follows:
design creation from your artwork £8 per 1,000 stitches
design creation for text monogramming free of charge
design stitching from created design 18p - 20p per 1,000, stitches minimum 75p
artwork creation by quotation
monogram garment with employees name £1.50
Small filled in designs can contain around 5,000 to 10,000.
Small text monogramming normally contains less than 5,000 stitches.
Large designs can contain up to 30,000 stitches.
